MOBILE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CLASSROOM PROJECT CONTINUES IN PARTIDO

The Quality Education Program sa Partido continues with its banner project, the Mobile Information Technology Classroom Project. 

The Memorandum of Agreement for the MITC was renewed in February 2017, with the Department of Education andPartido State University, the Partido Development Administration as partners. The MOA stipulates that the computer literacy training for public elementary school teachers and pupils in Partido will continue.

For this year, the MITC project covers elementary Schools in San Jose, Lagonoy and Presentacion. Based on the project design, the Information Technology (IT) instructors from PSU shall facilitate the training for the IT teachers in the participating schools. These trained school-based teachers shall then handle the lessons for their pupils. Pre-evaluation and post-evaluation are being conducted to assess the level of knowledge of the participants. A quarterly report for the project is being prepared by the PDA for this project.
