PUBLIC BIDDING - JANITORIAL SERVICES
The PARTIDO DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 192,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Bidding for Janitorial Services (PDA/PWSS 2015-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Basis of Implementation:
Republic Act 7820, otherwise known as the Partido Development Administration Act of 1994 particularly Sec. 5(g) “Sec. 5.Functions and Powers. — The Administration shall have the following functions and powers:
(g) To engage in agriculture, industry, commerce or other activities within the district which may be necessary to the socioeconomic development of the area and for this purpose x xx”
Objective: To revitalize identified watershed within the 4th district of Camarines Sur to increase its sustainability as a Partido Water Supply System (PWSS) water source.
Strategies:
Planting of trees which help stabilize the identified watershed;
Mobilization of PDA employees, LGU employees and employees from other agencies;
Involvement of students, teachers and staff from various elementary and high schools within the activity venue to educate them on the importance of preserving watersheds through the tree planting activity;
Establishing a “food-for-work” program for the care and maintenance of the planted trees;
